Water Facility Planning Study
The Fairview Water District is in the process of reviewing the future needs of the District’s culinary water system. As part of the process, the District will review the facility planning study update provided by Forsgren Engineering. The update provides key current culinary water system information, evaluations, recommendations and alternatives that will help guide the decision-making process for the District.
The study update includes: A description of the planning criteria, condition of the existing facilities and operation of and maintenance programs, as well as recommendations for capital improvement projects for the system.
The hearing has been scheduled for February 25th at 7 p.m. at the Franklin County Fire Station located at 55 W. 1st S., Preston, Idaho 83263. The facility planning study update will be available for review at the Fairview Water District Shop located at 198 W 4800 S, Preston, Idaho. Verbal and written comments will be accepted up to and at the hearing.
Information provided at the public hearing will be available, upon request, five days prior to the hearing. Special accommodation or alternative formats for non-English speaking persons and persons with disabilities will be available, upon request, with minimum of five (5) days’ notice prior to the hearing.
