PUBLIC HEARING for Proposed Rules and Regulations and Fee Schedule

A Public Hearing, pursuant to Idaho Code 67-5221, will be held for consideration of the proposed Rules and Regulations including Water Rates and Fee Schedule for the Fairview Water District.  The hearing will be held at Franklin County Fire Station located at 55 W 1^st South, Preston, Idaho, at 7:00pm on February 26, 2025.  All interested persons are invited to appear and show cause, if any, why such Rules and Regulations should or should not be adopted.  Copies of the proposed Rules and Regulations, in detail, are available on our website at fairviewwaterdistrict.com.  The fire station is accessible to persons with disabilities.  Anyone desiring accommodations for disabilities related to the Rules and Regulations documents or to the hearing, please contact Britny Field at 435-770-6431 at least 48 hours prior to the public hearing.  Anyone may submit written comments by emailing secretary.fvwater@outlook.com or at the public hearing regarding this rulemaking. Any written comments submitted at a public hearing carry the same weight as oral testimony.
